“Please Come Home for Christmas,” released in 1994
I know a lot of people prefer The Eagles’ version of this song, but I can’t help but enjoy Bon Jovi’s rendition better than all the rest. Maybe it’s because it was released in 1994, during Christmastime of my senior year of high school. Maybe it’s because a part of me feels like I grew up with Bon Jovi. Maybe it’s because the video features every 90s straight boy’s crush: Cindy Crawford.
Whatever it is, it’s the one I like. I guess the why doesn’t so much matter.
