If you can judge a person by their musical tastes, James Gunn must be a really cool guy. “Fox on the Run” is another one of those 70s songs that appears on the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. #2 Soundtrack. And it is another banger.
With that almost etheral 70s rock sound that no other era has been able to successfully emulate, Sweet’s “Fox on the Run” is a fast, guitar heavy tune that sticks in your brain and stays there, playing on a loop in all of its upbeat, fun glory.
There is literally nothing at all wrong with this song.
