Some songs just make you feel good. I’m sure there is a science to it, you know? Like, the way the music works with the lyrics, the tempo, the volume — the right mix can alter brain chemistry.
I think when I hear “Fishin’ in the Dark” my brain chemistry is altered. Sertonin just pumps through the ol’ gray matter and BOOM, I feel better, even when I didn’t feel bad in the first place.
