Look, this whole album is an amazing entrance into the pop music scene from a band that is very, very far away from pop music. It is like they lightened their heavy guitar blues up just a wee bit to make their sound more palatable to the masses.
And, holy shit, did it work.
They were already good, folks. But on Brothers? Every song is a straight banger. Every. One.
I only separate “Next Girl” from the rest because of the ridiculous music video. It’s worth a few minutes of your time.
